Tasks.
Reflection.
What was important about it? (Understanding): This week was important as the final deliverables were completed and posted to the discussion board. Our hard work is nearing the end of the process. The Formative Evaluation Report is in progress as is our Project Showcase revealing the work we have completed as a team on this project. It is very rewarding reflecting back on what we have completed since we began this project. I am very proud of what we have created as a team.
Where could I use this again? (Application): The glory of looking upon the final product is an amazing feeling and a feeling that is necessary to complete the instructional design process. This task brings closure to the entire project. Moving forward with future projects, I would like to continue to see the value in reflection as the project draws to a close to learn from what went well, what went not so well, and learn that despite the “not so well” tasks the final product is still produced in a manner that I am proud of.
Do I see any patterns in what I did? (Analysis): I see a pattern that all hard work does come to an end. Albeit the end occurs at different times for different team members, but it does come to an end at some point. The end continues to be a rewarding point of time in completing a large project such as this.
How well did I do? (Evaluating): I feel overall that I did well, despite overcoming the flu for 4 days this week while meeting my team assignments. I was able to maintain my communication with the team, fulfill my assignments and schedule time for rest and healing. In that regards, I think I performed well.
What should I do next? (Creating): The next step is to send the deliverables to the client, complete remaining course assignments and continue to assist team members on assignments as needed.
